A regional SEO leader — the market's #1 site rebuilt without losing a single ranking
- Local Pro Services
This 5.0-star search-marketing firm held the #1 spot in its market, but the site itself ran on an aging page-builder that couldn't grow. We rebuilt it on modern foundations with zero rankings lost, then added the client dashboard the old setup could never support.
At a glance
What this rebuild covers.
Search visibility
Every one of the 600+ tracked keywords held its position through the rebuild — the thing this business sells is the thing we protected.
Speed
The old site took nearly two seconds just to start answering; the new one responds in a fifth of a second — 9× faster.
App builds
Clients now get their own reporting dashboard — a feature the old page-builder site had no way to offer.
Agents
Publishing runs itself: the team writes in the notes tool they already use every day, and the site picks it up and publishes it.
For the technically curiousHow it was done
- 01
Where it started
The #1 organic site in its market — a 5.0-star, Best-of-Southland SEO operator — was running on aging WordPress with the Elementor page builder. The site that won them their reputation was the shakiest part of their stack: heavy to load, risky to update, and impossible to extend with the client-facing features the business had outgrown it for.
- 02
What was at stake
Rankings are this company's product. With 600+ tracked keywords riding on the domain, a careless migration could destroy the very thing they sell. The old WordPress install was also slow where it hurts most — roughly 1.8 seconds before the server even began responding for a typical visitor.
- 03
The rebuild
We migrated the site off WordPress and Elementor onto a modern framework served from our hosting platform, carrying every address, title, and piece of on-page structure over exactly so search engines saw continuity, not a new site. The result across the migration: a 0% ranking drop on all 600+ tracked keywords.

What runs now
Pages are pre-built and served from our hosting platform, cutting time-to-first-byte from about 1.8 seconds to about 200 milliseconds for the typical visitor — 9× faster. Content flows through a headless pipeline: the team writes in the notes tool they already use, and each publish turns those pages into structured content files the site builds from automatically.

What the owner does now
The team writes where they already write and the site publishes it — no page-builder wrestling, no plugin roulette. And clients now log into their own dashboard, a capability the legacy stack simply couldn't support, which turns the website from a brochure into part of the service.
